1. Introduction

Welcome to x777sx, an English-language online sports betting and casino platform operated for users in the Pakistan market and internationally. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the x777sx website, mobile platform, applications and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free-bet tokens or any other incentive amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements or other conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Operator" means the entity operating the x777sx Platform under its applicable gaming license.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is unlawful, including any jurisdiction where the Operator does not hold a valid license to offer gambling services.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available through your Account settings.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency of Pakistan.
• "Void Bet" means a wager that has been cancelled and returned to your Balance, typically due to an event cancellation, technical error or rule violation.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform — or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. This is a strict eligibility requirement. x777sx applies KYC age-verification checks at registration and at any point during the account lifecycle where age is in question. Any Account found to belong to an individual below the minimum eligible age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant compliance authority.

This age restriction is not a confirmation that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Local laws, including provincial regulations, may impose additional restrictions. x777sx does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in your location.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is not intended for use in any Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using x777sx is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register or use the Platform.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names or through related parties — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

3.4 Self-Excluded Users

If you have previously submitted a self-exclusion request on x777sx, you are not eligible to register a new Account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new Account is a material breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.2 KYC Verification

x777sx applies KYC verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration or at any subsequent point:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the deposit method used)

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. x777sx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. x777sx will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using methods currently listed in the Platform's cashier section. x777sx provides payment guidance referencing familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational context only. These payment providers do not endorse gambling and their support for gambling-related transactions is subject to their own terms and applicable Pakistani regulations.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned subject to verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Any active Bonus Funds or promotional balances subject to wagering requirements must be satisfied before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.

5.3 Currency

Account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal amounts may be displayed in PKR or the base currency of your Account as configured at registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on x777sx are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. Sport-specific rules — covering settlement, void conditions, in-play availability, event postponement and abandonment — are published in the Platform's betting rules section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 Odds & Pricing

Odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise configured in your Account. Displayed odds represent the return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake. x777sx reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors at any time before bet settlement. A bet placed at a manifestly erroneous price may be voided or settled at the correct price at x777sx's discretion.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. Bets for which confirmation is not received — due to connectivity issues, technical errors or time-outs — are not considered placed. x777sx is not liable for bets that fail to register due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or restricted at any time at x777sx's discretion, particularly during critical moments of an event (e.g., during a cricket over, at the fall of a wicket in a PSL match, or during a UFC fight stoppage). Bets placed immediately before a market suspension are accepted at x777sx's discretion and may be voided if placed after the relevant outcome has become known.

6.5 Winnings

Winnings are credited to your Account Balance after event settlement. x777sx reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or exploitation of system errors.

7. Bonus & Promotions Terms

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds offers and promotional credits offered by x777sx are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. x777sx reserves the right to exclude any user from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus credits expire automatically on the stated date.
• Maximum bet sizes while Bonus Funds are active may be restricted. Bets exceeding any stated maximum stake restriction during a bonus period may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Wagering with Bonus Funds may be restricted to specific sports markets, game types or minimum odds thresholds, as stated in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users who make a first qualifying deposit. 7.3 Abuse of Promotions

x777sx actively monitors for promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions (so-called "bonus hunting"), use of excluded payment methods to qualify for offers, and collusion between multiple users. Where abuse is detected, x777sx reserves the right to void all associated bets, forfeit all bonus and real-money balances, and permanently suspend the Account(s) involved.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x777sx. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to the relevant legal authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Fraud & misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration, during KYC or in any communication with x777sx.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal or transfer the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Match-fixing participation: Placing bets on events where you have any inside knowledge, involvement in fixing the outcome, or where the result has already been determined unlawfully.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit pricing errors or automate any Platform interaction without express written consent from x777sx.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino or any other game offered on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after withdrawing winnings or after deposits have been used for betting.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately placing bets to exploit technical errors, mislabelled markets or system glitches.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data feeds and other materials published on the x777sx Platform are the proprietary property of x777sx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of x777sx. Unauthorised use of x777sx intellectual property may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. x777sx provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
2. x777sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
3. x777sx's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves risk. x777sx does not guarantee winnings or outcomes. You participate at your own risk.

11. Responsible Gambling

x777sx is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire user base, with specific awareness of Pakistani users who must also navigate local legal and social considerations.

11.1 Account Tools

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits — Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into your Account.
• Loss limits — Caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once reached, betting is automatically suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders — Notifications after defined periods of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-off periods — Temporary account access suspensions for users who need a short break from gambling.
• Self-exclusion — Permanent or time-defined exclusions from the Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the elected period.

11.2 Age Verification

12. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date of the amendment and contact our support team to close your Account and withdraw your available Balance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming license. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Process

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, account transaction or these Terms, you must:

1. Contact x777sx support in the first instance, setting out the nature of your dispute, the relevant Account details and the resolution you are seeking.
2. Allow x777sx up to 14 business days to investigate and provide an initial response.
3. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body under the Operator's license jurisdiction.

All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event or transaction giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this window will not be considered.

13.3 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
